Tara Lets Go is a B2C mystery and surprise travel brand by Experience Philippines. During this phase, the website is used for waitlist signups, updates, interest validation, and future beta trip announcements.

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee a confirmed booking, beta slot, trip invite, price, route, destination, or launch date. Tara Lets Go may update, postpone, change, or discontinue planned experiences while the service is still being developed.

The current website does not process payments or confirmed travel bookings. Future paid trips, bookings, refunds, cancellations, waivers, safety rules, and travel requirements will be governed by separate booking terms and policies provided before any payment is accepted.

By using the website, you agree to:

• Not attempt to disrupt, scrape, hack, or misuse the website

Tara Lets Go may later ask for travel preferences, budget range, restrictions, emergency details, or comfort levels. These will be used to understand fit and prepare future experiences. Providing preferences does not guarantee eligibility for a trip.

Future beta trips may have limited slots, eligibility requirements, safety rules, age requirements, waivers, partner terms, and separate confirmation steps.

Future travel experiences may involve verified local operators, transport providers, accommodations, guides, hosts, or other partners through Experience Philippines. Specific partner terms may apply once bookings are offered.

The Tara Lets Go name, copy, visuals, concepts, Kaladkarin identity, clues, page design, and content belong to Tara Lets Go and Experience Philippines unless otherwise stated. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.

The website may change, go offline, or be updated without notice during the development and validation phase.

While Tara Lets Go aims to provide accurate and helpful information, the current website is provided for waitlist and informational purposes only. Tara Lets Go is not liable for losses caused by reliance on incomplete, outdated, or changed waitlist information.

These Terms may be updated as Tara Lets Go moves from waitlist to beta trips and future bookings. We will note the latest update at the bottom of this page.
